When does the creator get paid?
When you approve the content and the order completes. Until then, the amount is held on the platform: there are never upfront payments.
Can I extend the content usage rights?
Yes. You can request an additional rights license (3, 6 or 12 months, or indefinite) with a PDF contract included; it is charged when the order completes.
What if I don’t like the preview?
You can request changes using the revisions included in the creator’s service. The creator must upload a new version before resubmitting.
Can I work with several creators at once?
Yes. Each campaign defines its slots and you can manage all collaborations in parallel from the same panel.
Who pays for product shipping?
The brand ships the product to the creator and covers shipping. Tracking and receipt confirmation are registered on the platform.
Can I cancel a campaign?
Yes. If an order is cancelled before completion, the held amount is returned in full to your balance.
